Fear of the unknown is a common barrier, which is why a recommendation from you as a patient can help overcome that. Reassuring folks that this is a safe and effective place for help is very much appreciated. However, sometimes it also comes down to cost and being a cash practice (with the exception of taking auto accident insurance) we have tried to keep our fees reasonable and affordable. Healing Miracles and Divine Intervention

Some folks, including me, believe that our Creator at times can get involved in producing outcomes that we call miracles. They seem few and far between, but I know they can occur. It is common in religious circles to pray for Divine intervention with illness. I believe that prayer helps, but I have also learned that miracles may not always be forthcoming. Consider the following tale:

The Good Samaritan and the Lottery

A kind man with strong religious faith decides it’s his destiny to win the lottery and give all of the money to righteous charities. So, he prays passionately for an hour every day requesting Divine intervention on his behalf.

Weeks go by.

Months go by.

Years go by… and he doesn't win, despite the fact that he never misses a single prayer.

On a grey winter’s day he goes for a walk in the park, and in a fit of desperation, he raises his fist in anger towards the heavens and cries out…

“God, why will you not help me win the lottery? You know I want to use the money for a righteous purpose. I see all of these selfish fools winning and wasting the money on themselves and their earthly pleasures. Why will you not help me?”

Then suddenly there's a rumble up in the heavens. The grey clouds part, and he is bathed in a heavenly light. The voice of the Lord speaks to him.

“Why don't you meet me halfway and buy a ticket?”

Life Itself is a Miracle

The fact that we exist at all is a miracle. We are composed of forty trillion individual cells, each one performing about a million chemical reactions per second. And all of these chemical reactions are purposeful and interrelated to those reactions taking place in every other cell. The math associated with this is mind boggling. Truly miraculous. Everything we need in most cases to heal and overcome illness has already been given to us. Sometimes the only thing that needs to happen to have the miracle we want is to ‘buy a ticket.’ To meet our Creator halfway.

Some Ways to Buy a Ticket

• Engage regularly in activities that elevate your spirit and bring you happiness.

• Find someone to love.

• Exercise very regularly

• Eat a clean food diet (Paleo)

• Get sun on your skin

• Spend time barefoot in nature

• Use doctors and therapists that work to make you healthy, and manage stress rather than cover over your symptoms with drugs or surgeries.

• Be kind and grateful. Gratitude is a great healer.

• Laugh hard and often.

Doing these things… and doing them regularly can unlock and release the miracle within that you already have. Most all of them are free and merely involve a change in attitude and motivation!
